Questions about regular cleaning
Yes. Recurring bookings are matched to one professional who keeps your slot. If they are ever unavailable we offer a vetted replacement before the visit and you can accept or skip.
Two hours per visit. Most one and two-bedroom homes are comfortable at two to three hours; the booking form recommends a duration from your answers.
Skip, reschedule or cancel from your dashboard up to 24 hours before the clean at no charge. There is no contract and no minimum term.
Not necessarily. You can simply choose our NOX CLEAN products when you book, and your booking details will show exactly which products and equipment are included with your service.
If your regular cleaner is ever away through illness or leave, we’ll do our best to arrange a vetted replacement, or discuss alternative options that suit you perfectly.
