How we vet cleaners

Identity
Government-issued photo ID and proof of the right to work in the UK, checked before any job is offered.

Two verified references from previous cleaning work, contacted directly by our team.

Interview
A structured interview covering experience, products, and how they handle problems in someone else’s home.

Ongoing rating
Every visit can be rated. Profiles that fall below our quality bar are paused and reviewed.
Cleaners stay in pending vetting until all four stages are complete. Only active, fully vetted cleaners can be matched to a booking.
What you are protected by
Cover on every visit
Accidental damage caused during a clean booked through the platform is covered. Report it within 48 hours.
Your data stays yours
Card details are held by Stripe, never on our servers. Access notes are only shared with the assigned cleaner.
You see who is coming
Name, photo, rating, and job history are on the profile before the visit — no anonymous strangers.
A written record
Bookings, changes, and payments are all logged to your account, so there is never a he-said-she-said.
If something goes wrong
Report it within 48 hours. Message us from the booking, or email our support team with the booking reference and photos if you have them.
We investigate both sides. Your account of events and the cleaner's are both recorded, along with the booking's full change history.
We fix it. Depending on what happened, that means a free re-clean, a refund, a damage claim, or removing the cleaner from the platform.
Staying safe as a cleaner
Safety runs both ways. Cleaners see the full job details before accepting, can decline any booking without penalty, and can report a customer to us at any time. We remove customers who behave unacceptably.
